The federal department of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has disclosed that the absence of the regularly-scheduled draw generally arises from the result of IRCC’s announcement that held on Tuesday that will now assign more CRS points to the French-speaking Express Entry candidates.
