Canada is on high demand if considered as an international immigration destination. A majority of the immigrants has their first choice as Canada just because of the way the country has maintained itself. If we talk about the current scenario, moving to Canada has become a lot easier than it was before. The Express Entry Program allows suitable candidates to move permanently to Canada within just a year. For people who have hard luck with the Express Entry Program, the Provincial Nomination Program is another option worth considering.
Manitoba PNP
Amongst all the other PNPs in Canada, Manitoba is one of the best PNPs. Most of the people prefer Manitoba because of the friendly environment, greater employment opportunities, and liberal policies. The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) underwent several changes which may have consequences for people wanting MPNP immigration. Manitoba is one of the nine provinces in Canada’s PNP. It allows each province to nominate a fixed number of candidates for the permanent residency.
However, a lot of candidates are rejected for varying reasons. One can also apply to the MPNP through the Skilled Worker Overseas Stream, which is 2019, has two streams – Human Capital and Express Entry. Out of the two streams, the Express Entry provides the maximum chance for the immigrants to get selected for permanent residency in Manitoba, Canada. Following are the requirements:

2. Candidates must possess documents stating a minimum of 6 months of experience in one of the In-Demand Occupations list.
3. High score in the IELTS exam.
4. Candidates must have enough qualifications for the job they are looking for.
5. Candidates must be 18 years or older at the time of applying.
6. Candidates should show the intention of settling down in Manitoba.
7. Candidates must have enough funds to support their families for at least six months in Manitoba.
Ontario PNP
Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program allows Ontario to allow a fixed number of candidates for the permanent residency in Canada. Aligned with the Express Entry System, OINP has three immigration streams – Skilled Trades, Human Capital Priorities, and French-speaking Skilled Worker. These streams allow the OINP to search for the Express Entry pool for suitable candidates and call them up to apply for the provincial nomination for residency in Canada. In order to be eligible for any of the Ontario PNP Express Entry scheme, immigrants have to submit an Express Entry profile.
Various Ontario PNP reports suggest that around a quarter of nominations went to the candidates with an offer or experience in the IT industry. Also, India-born nominees lead the way in the OINP 2018 nominations, with nearly 39 percent of total applicants. Out of all the candidates, only 36 percent had a job offer prior to being nominated. The three streams of OINP don’t have a job offer as their requirements. However, the Human Capital Priorities Stream provides flexibility in targeting the Express Entry candidates based on market labor need.
While Ontario is yet to receive its 2019 nomination from the government, it has already started issuing invitations. The three streams are active in 2019.
