Exactly there is not any set of numbers needed to qualify for the Invitation to Apply for Canada immigration process by the Express entry system. Hence there are some of the factors through which you will be able to determine who exactly receives an invitation.
In some of the Canada latest draws, we have seen that the minimum Comprehensive Ranking System scores have been between 450 to 470. At some point in time they have also come down to 415, but also at some time they have gone over 500.
The minimum scores sometimes get increases and sometimes get decreases generally depends on:
- The eligibility of candidates profiles in the Express Entry pool at the time of the draw.
And - Depends on the number of invitations that were issued by the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada.
- And also the durations between the Express Entry draws.
One of the most important points of the Express entry management pool is that applicants can easily increase their respective score during the time they are in the pool.
There are several ways through which the applicants can easily improve their scores. Some of them are mentioned below:
- Get a valid job offer at 200 or 50 points,
- Obtain a provincial nomination at 600 points
- Boost up your official language skills.
- Improve your educational credentials.
- Must be adding newly accrued work experience
Applicants’ spouses may also be able to add points to their profile in some of the above-mentioned fields.
For the time being, Quebec has also released its own Expression of Interest system that is quite similar to the Express Entry pool.
The system, named Arima, has also scored applicants on the behalf of their profile they had submitted to the Expression of Interest Bank.
How Does Quebec Expression of Interest Work?
Applicants have also submitted an online expression of interest profile directly to the MIDI.
Profiles that generally got entered into the expression of interest pool, the stage where they are ranked against one another and are generally valid for 12 months.
Profiles will be divided into two groups: One is for the applicants who are staying in Quebec and have a valid job offer and they have met the required criteria and the second group is for applicants living outside Quebec and has fulfilled the required criteria.
The applicants with the highest rank will be obtaining an invitation to apply (ITA) for the Quebec Certificate of selection through the Quebec Skilled Worker Program.
Quebec will be organizing the timely draws, inviting candidates, as well as to apply for the Quebec certificate of selection (CSQ).
Applicants who all are obtaining an invitation will be having 60 days for submitting their full application in Canada express entry draw.
Chosen applicants who will be accepting a nomination certificate (CSQ) will then register for Canada’s permanent residence.
